COVID19 - Hygiene and safety measures
Passenger information – Protection against infection during your journey and further information according to the 14th Bavarian Infection Protection Ordinance (as of 06.10.2021)
Dear guests,
we are looking forward to welcoming you on board of our coach and we kindly ask you to observe the following hygiene and protection regulations during the journey. As the booker of this trip, please also inform all passengers in advance about the following regulations accordingly.
New infection control measures regulation from the 6.October 2021
The 14th Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance, which was issued on September 2, was extended or amended on October 6. The latest version is provisionally valid until 29.10.2021.
7-day infection incidence to be replaced with hospital-acquired infections as indicator
All previously incidence-dependent regulations are no longer applicable. Only the 7-day infection incidence remains relevant for the application of the 3-G detection requirement – starting at an incidence of 35 as a starting point. The 7-day incidence of infection will be replaced by a new hospital burden as an indicator of the burden on the health care system.
Level yellow of the traffic light is reached as soon as Bavaria-wide more than 1,200 patients of the with a COVID-19 disease had to be admitted to hospitals within the respective last 7 days. This corresponds to a Bavaria-wide hospitalization incidence of 9.13 per 100,000 inhabitants. Once level yellow is reached, among other things:
– Raising the mask standard to FFP-2
– Contact restrictions
– Requirement to submit a PCR test as proof of testing (except in school)
– Person caps for public and private events
3G detection requirement (§ 3):
In case of an incidence of more than 35 at the point of departure of the trip (= point of entry), only persons who have been vaccinated, recovered or tested may participate.
The test certificates must still be valid when you start driving:
– PCR test not older than 48 hours
– PoC antigen test not older than 24 hours or
– Self-test performed under supervision not more than 24 hours ago
Tested persons are equal to:
– Children up to 6th birthday,
– pupils who are subject to regular testing as part of their school attendance,
– children not yet enrolled in school
Option model 2G or 3G Plus (§ 3a):
Operators/organizers may voluntarily transport only persons who have been vaccinated or have recovered or have not yet reached the age of 12 (= voluntary 2G) as well as those tested with PCR test (= voluntary 3G Plus).
Mask obligation (§ 2):
If the 2G/3G Plus option model is not implemented, all passengers in closed vehicle areas are required to wear a medical mask (surgical mask).
Subject to change by the state government at any time.
